Australia Zoo is set to become the coolest place to be this summer with a series of awesome shows featuring some of the world's greatest performers. Every week from December 27, there will be LIVE performances in the world-famous Crocoseum.

Crikey! The Crocoseum is set to go WILD this summer when Terri and Wes take center stage to feed one of our massive Saltwater Crocodiles EVERYDAY from December 26 through to Australia Day! Wooo-Hoo!

1st - 26th Christmas Holiday FUN

It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Australia Zoo with stacks of jolly fun on the way for the Christmas Holidays!

Get into the groove this holiday period with everything themed music. Have a go at the Music Masters classes* and master dance, rhythm and instruments. What a ripper! For more info visit their website www.musicmasters.com.au

For a wild and rhythmical journey, try your hand at the InRhythm drumming workshops*. Kids can have fun while learning to play some amazing authentic African rhythms! Check out these guys at www.inrhythm.com.au. Registrations are essential for this activity as places are limited. Registrations can be made at Australia Zoo’s Information Desk on the day.

You’ll be rocking all the way to the Crocoseum these school holidays, with all things themed MUSIC at Australia Zoo – and we’ve got just the thing to provide you with all the energy you need to keep dancing all day long!

Summer Sunny Reptiles

School's out for summer and the real fun is just beginning at Australia Zoo!

For us, the hottest time of the year means one thing – MAJOR reptile action! Snakes, lizards, tortoises, turtles… it’s time for our scaly, slithery friends to come out of hibernation and go nuts. The heat is on Down Under, and the most exciting effect of this sizzling season is definitely the one it has on Australia’s amazing apex predators, the CROCODILES! Our Saltwater Crocs are launching into summer with a vengeance this year, and Zoo Keepers for a Day will have the chance to be right on the frontline for all of the reptile action. Feeding the giant tortoises, handling our HUGE Burmese Pythons, getting friendly with an iguana – our miniature zoo keepers will do it all, PLUS some awesome interaction with otters, elephants, kangaroos, possums and more.

18th Meet Terri and Bindi!

Check this out! Get your Australia Zoo merchandise signed by Terri and Bindi, Sunday 18 January from 1pm. There's even a chance you'll meet Robert. Wooo-hoo!

26th Australia Day

See John Williamson perform LIVE at Australia Zoo with special guest Warren H Williams on the most Australian day of the year!

We’ll also treat you to a fair dinkum Aussie smoko with FREE billy tea and damper. Mmm-mm! The kids will have a stack of fun with free rides and face painting, plus Aboriginal dance group, the Gubbi Gubbi will perform!

14th Valentine's Day

Crikey! It's Valentines Day at Australia Zoo on February 14 and we're getting ready to spread the love! Cupid's been flat out like a lizard drinking preparing more fun than you could poke a stick at including FREE face painting, FREE rides and stacks of prizes to be won. Keep an eye out for Prince Charming who will be giving out love heart chocolates and roses for the ladies!

17th St. Patrick's Day

It won't be just the lizards leaping at Australia Zoo on the 17th March, but 'leaping leprechauns' as Australia Zoo goes GREEN to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

Australia Zoo will showcase ways you can make a difference this St Patrick's Day with a number of fun 'green' activities where you can learn about how to save the environment.
